QUALITY COATINGS - OVERVIEW

 

TDC’s Quality Coatings division specialises in surface preparation and specialist coatings to a wide range of environments including; Subsea, Topside and splash Zone. Working closely with all market leading paint manufacturers, we have the knowledge, experience and capabilities to meet and exceed the needs of any prospective client. Our aim is to produce work of the highest standard whilst still being cost effective without compromising on quality.

Our management team have gained ICORR and NACE inspector qualifications, with NORSOK qualified operatives for Shot-blasting and spray painting. This is further enhanced with our continuous programme of staff development and training, therefore, giving complete peace of mind knowing your assets are in good hands.

TDC’s bespoke facilities with a range of divisions including Mechanical, Electrical & Machining, alongside our shot-blast and painting division allows for many types of specialist works to be carried out in-house prior to the coating process.

With 4 blast bays, 2 ferrous and 2 non-ferrous, within our Bankhead Facility, we provide a wide range of blasting services to cater for any client’s prospective requirements.

 

We also have 2 environmentally controlled paint halls with DSEAR compliant extraction systems.

Services include Abrasive blast cleaning for inspection purposes or to a cleanliness standard with a surface profile to go alongside a multi-coat paint system. Glass bead blasting can be used as a cosmetic finish on stainless steel and aluminium.
